What started as a hobby back in 2004 quickly escalated into a full time job. We found and filled - what was back then - a niche.

A timeline of events

2004: Not really knowing what the job title meant, without any festival experience and without being a real music fan I took on a job as stage manager at Antwerp is Burning, a festival in Antwerp (duh). (I knew how a DJ booth worked tho ;) ). I will forever be grateful to the friend that gave me this first opportunity.

2005: Antwerp Is Burning transforms into ID&T Belgium and is replaced by what will be the 1st edition of Tomorrowland. As I grew up less than 5 kilometers from ‘De Schorre’, the venue where Tomorrowland takes place, the festival was basically happening in my backyard. During build-up I was part of the team building the festival. Putting up fences, building the tents, installing tent floors, … During the festival itself I was a stage manager together with some friends I took a long to stage manage the other stages. In the coming years ID&T Belgium brings other events like Sensation White and Sensation Black to Belgium.

2007: Growing in experience we also grow in our job. More and more festivals are hiring us for our artist services. At most festivals and events we are now in charge of artist hospitality. Advancing, Artist Accreditation, Artist Logistics, Artist Hospitality, Stage Management, …

2011: ID&T Belgium signs Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike who where looking for a tour manager. Since we were doing the artist management on all ID&T Belgium’s events it was a logical step to evolve us into taking care of Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike’s tour management. The next 3 years we would take care of their worldwide touring. Next to Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike we also took care of YVES V’s tours. The last year we also started tour managing Netsky Live, our first live band. When Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike and Netsky Live both became big it was time to choose and as of then we continued taking care of Netsky Live’s worldwide tours. Touring with a full live band (14 Crew + Nightliner + Full trailer with production) from Europe to New Zeeland, Asia and North America: Exciting times! Next to that we also took care of a tour for Digitalism.
Regarding Artist Management and Stage Management this period identifies the moment where we become an established partner for a lot of respectable (international) names. Some references;

We are extremely proud on the fact that - except when a festival or event cease to exist - most clients remain clients. We are very grateful to see that most clients rely on us for over 10 years.

2019: This summer was a milestone, marking 15 years of Tomorrowland. The last 5 years we advanced +- 1900 acts each year and we work on +- 25 festivals/events.

Our 18 years of experience results in a strong and honest relationship with clients, artists, agents, managers and tour managers. In the end we are a the people business where everything is build on trust.
